Jericoacoara
Situated 280 km at the North of Fortaleza, where the Pinto Martin International Airport is, Jericoacoara is a paradise far apart of the world. An oasis in the middle of an ocean of sand which can be reached only by sea or by crossing dunes.
Literally “the caiman slept under the sun”, is a National Park of more than 8.000 hectares, filled with coconut palms, dunes worth deserving of the Sahara, lagoons of salty and fresh water, white sand beaches, rocks sculptured by the erosion and leaky stones.
It is also a tropical village located at the edge of the beach, classified as one of the most beautiful in the world, where you will admire sublime sunsets from the dunes and falling stars in the dark night. A place where we dance on an air of Forro and Samba, where you will observe capoeiristas being engaged in jousts that come from the past . You will have the pleasure to wander between its streets and alleys which do not know the asphalt, to go shopping and to discover its gastronomy, both regional and international.
